The Asgard Controlled Environments in house design team have a wealth of experience in providing developing the design of a Cleanroom suite from concept through to completion, we are also able during early engagement with a client to provide front end design studies, concept designs with budget costs and schemes and then develop these further with the clients team as a project progresses through detailed design including 2D and 3D Revit modelling, this approach enables us to work collaboratively with a client to develop a project in accordance with the specific requirements whilst also managing the overall build cost associated with delivering the works.

Design and BIM Modelling Tools Design Capabilities
Our BIM approach couples our Cleanroom construction expertise with the latest advanced BIM modelling design capabilities. All of our BIM capabilities reside in-house and all of our modelling is performed by our own design team, made up of industry veterans in Cleanroom engineering, design and construction. By leveraging the latest in technology with our in-house expertise, we deliver concrete results on projects – faster design, better designs and fewer issues in the field. Our hardware and software portfolio for BIM modelling is based on industry standards and client compatibility. Current platforms include Revit, NavisWorks, AutoCAD MEP and PDS. Our design capabilities include:
- 3D coordinated design using Revit, AutoCAD 3D, Microstation & Navisworks.
- For larger projects, Asgard Controlled Environments can place an experienced design coordinator in the main designer’s offices with further support from Asgard Controlled Environments office. This has worked successfully on previous projects at BMS, MSD, Regeneron, Pfizer, Amgen, Ipsen, Takeda & Elanco.
- Project Design Coordination via BIM360.
- Frequent model updates uploaded to secure server with dedicated IP address with BIM360. We also develop BIM family COBie Data for asset management.
- Current multi-discipline design team consisting of 25 designers. We also partner with third-party designers.
- Virtual and augmented reality capabilities.
- Turnkey experience: we routinely provide full architectural, HVAC, structural, lighting design.
